Our Founder
Andy Tomat has over two decades of experience in M&A and new business development at large corporations like Teradyne, Canon and PerkinElmer, and several startups. During his career he has executed over $1 billion in transactions in the United States and abroad.
He has screened hundreds of potential opportunities, making detailed assessments of markets, valuations, synergy, deal structures and negotiations. Acquisitions he oversaw doubled the market cap of the acquiring company, and all continue to be successful.
He also oversaw the sale of a major division of a technology company to a Japanese acquirer.
Andy has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Connecticut School of business, and a BA in Physics and Mathematics from Cornell University.

AllBera is a European-based boutique strategic consulting and M&A advisory firm serving mid-sized family-owned technology companies, also known as "Mittelstand" firms. The firm offers a range of services, including support for corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate succession planning, strategic partnerships and business development, and corporate finance.
Its industry expertise spans renewable energy, medical technology, automation technology, and mechanical engineering. Andy supports AllBera in the US, with a particular focus on cross-border acquisitions and investment between the EU and US.

Ara Babaian, a founding partner of Encore Law Group, provides business and intellectual property law services to mature companies, early-stage startups and entrepreneurs.
Ara represents clients in a a wide variety of industries, including Technology, Entertainment and Media, Real Estate, Health Care, Manufacturing and Distribution, Restaurant, Retail and Professional Services.
He also acts as outside General Counsel to many of his clients.
AuditPrep Services
Michael Psomas, CPA, is president of Audit Prep Services, LLC, which provides a support system for public and private companies that need help preparing for their financial statement audits, and interacting with their auditors during the audit process.
This includes coordination and planning with the audit firm, documentation of client positions, account reconciliation, and preparation of audit schedules, checklists required by the auditors, financial statements, and the financial sections of SEC filings.
The firm specializes in working with companies dealing with new challenges, such as going public, taking a new investment, buying another company or selling the company.
